The TAC*ONE Consulting SWAT/Sniper Symposium offers a unique opportunity to participate in informative training, tactics, and policy sessions with three experienced LE snipers who have experienced the same lessons. Offered are Innovative solutions, for maximum team effectiveness, will be presented by these leaders in the field.
The format of this two day symposium will be:
The first day training will be an open discussion forum where the audience will be encouraged to participate in individual and group settings. The topics covered consist of several tactical debriefs of actual missions, to included lessons learned. Sniper related Use of Force issues/articulating use of deadly force and how to prepare for that day.
The second day of training will be a scenario based session with all student participation in live fire real life scenarios, with “Blank Fire” and utilizing real life role players. The focus being on real life reaction, decision making, and communication. Then ending the day with an overall debrief of the class.
Although this course is titled a Sniper course, all members of the tactical team are encouraged to attend and participate, especially team leaders/commanders.
