Our modern classroom will seat 20 students comfortably,  Teaching space includes a small teaching pedestal, 60″ flat screen tv, additional 32″ monitor, white board and wifi.

Adjacent spacious room is perfect for physical training and can be used as an indoor Simunition® range for 20 yard, 5 lane Simunition® training.   Great opportunity to incorporate reality based trainings.

We are also open to renting our space to unrelated industries if you just need a great classroom with multimedia capabilities.

Facility includes restroom facility on site.

We are conveniently located 2 minutes from I25 and 58th Avenue exit.
